Lead Gen Landing Pages
Welcome to my portfolio of effective lead generation landing pages. These pages, designed and optimized at Secureframe, MongoDB, and DocuSign, were built with a focus on data-driven improvements. I handled everything from design to front-end development, ensuring each page was optimized within a week to significantly boost conversion rates.
Help Center
At Secureframe (2022 - 2024), I led the redesign of the Help Center, collaborating closely with the customer support and content marketing teams. Building on the Zendesk platform, which was new to me, I developed an intuitive and user-friendly experience that enhanced customer support and engagement. By incorporating feedback from usability testing and leveraging my expertise in UI/UX design, I created a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate Help Center. This redesign not only improved user satisfaction but also significantly reduced support inquiries by providing clear and accessible information.
Software Licensing
At OPSWAT (2018 - 2019), I led a project to clarify software licensing options on the website. Customers were initially confused by the licensing options and wanted to understand which engines and features came with each package. After gathering feedback from stakeholders and going through several design iterations, we finalized a new version for production. Using Google Analytics and feedback from the sales team and our customers, we measured the success of the redesign, which significantly improved customer understanding and reduced support inquiries.
